Each September, all across Australia people come together to hold Great Outback BBQs, have a great time and fundraise to support the work of Frontier Services.
Since its launch in 2011, the Great Outback BBQ has raised over $365,000 for people living in remote Australia with hundreds of BBQs held all over the country!
The money raised from your BBQ assists Frontier Services to provide community recovery and support in remote areas of Australia.Every donation helps to keep us on the road supporting remote communities.
HOST AND RECEIVE A GIVEAWAY AND PRIZES
In 2017 Frontier Services are saying thank you to those that host a Great Outback BBQ by offering a free giveaway and a chance to win!
1. For every BBQ registered you recieve a commemorative Great Outback BBQ apron for you BBQ chef to wear, so make sure you have registered with us.
2. If you bank more than $500 by 31 October you go in the draw to win a 3in1 Smoker BBQ Grill
3. As a special thank you, the highest amount raised will win an LG Microwave Oven

When should I host my Great Outback BBQ?
September is the month dedicated to the Great Outback BBQ. Hosts can choose any day in September for their Great Outback BBQ, however, if September is not suitable, anytime later in Spring or Summer is fine by us!
If you would like to host a Great Outback BBQ, register below and we’ll send you a Host Pack full of helpful information. We also have fundraising ideas and tips to help you get started.

Frontier Services is a charity and agency of the Uniting Church and grew out of the pioneering work begun in 1912 by the Rev John Flynn (Flynn of the Inland). We work with people across 85% of the continent in regional centres, Aboriginal communities, isolated properties and mining sites.
