IMG 1288 800x600With just one day left of the Royal Adelaide Show, the Frontier Services team has continued to spread the word about its work caring for people in remote Australia.

The Frontier Services Dodge, the same model of vehicle originally used by Flynn on his travels across the outback in the 1920s, has attracted much attention from the crowds.

Many who stopped by to look at the Dodge have had their photo taken for the Frontier Services Messages of Support campaign. The messages express how much they value people living in remote Australia. All the Messages of Support photos can be found on the Frontier Services Facebook page.

The eighth round of the Junior Invitational Round Robin at the wood cutting, sponsored by Frontier Services, will be held tomorrow. As the wood cutting events come to a close, Associate National Director David Buxton will present the Axeman of the Show award. Frontier Services has been a long-time supporter of the Wood Cutting events at the Show.

Frontier Services National Director Rosemary Young attended the annual Ram Shed dinner held for all of those who are or have been exhibitors in the Shed. This particular group of people has bonded together over many years at the Adelaide Show. On the night, Greg Pittaway, “the shearer” was recognised for sheering his 500th sheep at the Adelaide Show this year.

Various Frontier Services staff have spoken to 891 ABC Adelaide Radio who broadcast live from the Show each year. Yesterday, Rosemary was interviewed on the SA Country Hour.

If you are not able to attend the Adelaide Show you can still send a message of support. Write your message on a piece of paper and take a photo of yourself holding that message. Then upload the photo at www.supportremoteaustralia.com.au
