New addition to NT leadership team
Frontier Services is delighted to announce that Judy Ratajec has accepted the position of Manager Professional Development, as a member of the senior leadership team in the Northern Territory.
Judy has led the Northern Territory Dementia Behaviour Management Advisory Service for over 10 years.
“It is a particular delight to be able to promote another senior member of staff from within to a leadership position within the organisation,” National Director Rosemary Young said today.
Judy brings a passion for aged care, a real understanding of geriatrics and dementia, as well as knowledge of Frontier Services, the people and the needs of the Northern Territory and northern Western Australia.
“She has developed the Dementia Behaviour Management Advisory Service significantly in her years at its helm and now brings those leadership skills and that passion together to add to the expertise available to support our operations in Aged and Community Care in the Northern Territory and the Kimberley.”
Judy joins Phil Burgess as Business Manager NT and Pauline Wardle, Community Care Manager NT, in supporting Sharon Davis as Northern Territory Regional Manager.
“Recruitment for the position of Residential Aged Care Manager is in process and it is hoped that an appointment will shortly complete the senior leadership team, equipping Frontier Services to strongly support services and communities across the top end into the future,” Mrs Young said today.
