Thank you to our Centenary partners
Frontier Services staff have returned home refreshed, enthused and full of hope following the Centenary celebrations held in Geelong last week.
More than 200 staff travelled from across remote Australia for the National Staff Conference – a wonderful week of celebration, sharing and learning which would not have been possible without the support of our Centenary partners.
We would like to especially thank those who contributed to the Conference and made it possible for so many staff from all parts of the country to come together.
Frontier Services is very grateful to NGS Super which made it possible for the Official
Centenary Celebration to be streamed live on the Frontier Services website. People from across the country, who could not be in Melbourne for the celebration, were able to watch it taking place at Dallas Brooks Centre.
Uniting Financial Services, the Treasury and Investment Services arm of the Uniting Church Synod of NSW and the ACT, provided sponsorship for the conference as well as pens, notepads and bags used by staff throughout the week. Uniting Financial Services has provided valuable financial services to Frontier Services for 20 years.
The Aged Care Channel, Australia’s leading broadcaster for aged
care workers, provided funding for the training workshops which staff particpated in during the week. This included a session completed by all community care coordinators by Ralph Pain on leading practice within the workplace. Other sessions focused on mental health and personal and professional development.
CBB, a social enterprise which specialises in providing salary packaging, contributed to the cost of the Conference. CBB are long-time supporters of Frontier Services and this year also sponsored one of our staff to attend a social services conference.
We thank all of our supporters who made the Centenary celebrations and National Staff Conference such a wonderful success. It would not have happened without your generosity.
Many organisations have provided support, financial and in-kind assistance to Frontier Services throughout the Centenary year. We thank you all.
